This is the best dealership for Mini Cooper and BMW because of Chris Yuseco. I have never meet a sales person like Chris. As soon as I walked in the dealership it never felt like he was trying to sell because of Chris Yuseco. I have never meet a sales person like Chris. He took for a test drive and showed me everything to know about the mini. He gave me alot of good ideas on what to get in terms of making the mini my own. I was already sold as soon as I drove the mini. Chris really knows everything about mini coopers, in fact other employees would always go up to him and ask him questions. He really id the go to guy about mini coopers. I decided to order the mini from the factory. Chris would update me about the progress of my build. When the mini came in he just called me and setup a time to pick up the mini. I was in and out in a hour. I have never had such a great car buying experience. I have recommend to alot of people to Chris and they all received the same service he gave me. I highly recommend Chris Yuseco!!!!!!!!! More

I walked into South Bay MINI without having called in for an appointment nor having any serious intention of buying a vehicle that day. They gave me just enough space to explore their vehicles on my own, but enough attention to answer my every question about their great range of Mini Coopers. After test driving several vehicles i decided upon the John Cooper Works Hardtop, a speedy, luxurious, and fun car that made me excited to make my first MINI purchase. Drew, the Sales Manager, was extremely professional and personable. He made me feel like my business was appreciated and mattered to their team. My wife and I went to a couple of dealerships in So Cal before contacting Chris at South Bay and we felt more comfortable and at ease with Chris. The other dealerships gave us bad vibes. We ended up ordering a Mini Cooper S with all the extras that we wanted and Chris gave us a great deal. He always gave us updates on the status of our car as it was being built. He was really understanding and was never too busy to take care of us. Every time we go to the dealer for service he always greets us and asks how our Mini is doing. That to us is very important because we have heard stories of sales people that will not waste their time with you after they sell the car. I think dealerships should get into the habit of treating their customers with respect and dignity, and not think that everyone that walks in there just wants to get the best price. More

I love Minis and I've bought four so far (one being a 1969). Aside from the classic, the other three have been from Chris Yuseco from South Bay Mini. Upon buying my first Mini a few of the sales guys from other dealerships saw that I was young (presumably) and didn't give me the time of day; or worse yet, they were rude and treated me as an inferior. Chris greeted me, talked to me like I was a human, not a sale nor a child. The best part of the experience and why I went back to him two more times is the fact that he is HONEST. He told me my options and gave me the best deal possible, I used to sell cars, and I know when someone is trying to jack me around. Chris was not. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS YUSECO at SOUTHBAY MINI!! A++ experience, and I'll never buy a Mini (nor BMW) from anyone else. More

The only 4 was for price which I was a bit disappointed in....I asked for a $500 armrest to be included and no cigar....This would have made my experience a total 5. The dealership is well thought out---marketing is awesome...but back to the beginning, Alex made our experience so effortless. To elaborate further (since you asked) she searched high and low for just the right Mini for me...I ultimately ended up with the perfect car at South Bay Mini, but I'm confident that I would have received the same service had car been obtained from a different dealer...since I was ready to sign papers on another car when I changed my mind and opted for the Mini in the showroom.
