I was very impressed with South Bay Mini and Ernie Munoz from the start. I came in inquiring about the lease special for the Mini Cooper hardtop. He was very accommodating and patient, he did not push me to buy/lease a car or try to pressure me into leasing something that was out of my price range. Further, he was super helpful in giving me advice on how to sell my car. When I came back in to close the deal, he was great again! He went over the specifics of my lease in detail and was just really nice and friendly. I appreciate this in a car dealer/dealership and I will definitely purchase/lease from Ernie and South Bay BMW/Mini again. More

Chris Yuseco has blown our minds with exceptional service that we frankly never knew was available to normal people like us. We specifically had a couple of minor fix it sequences that were probably nothing to South Bay. They meant the world to us. Again we will drive 6x as far to get our next Mini from South Bay because everything we wanted we got. Furthermore, Chris is simply the saaviest Mini salesman you could ever hope for. It was the easiest and fastest experience ever. I work 9 to 5 and didn't have the time to visit the dealership till I was ready to sign. The customer service and overall experience was beyond anything I expected; car sales people are stereotypically pushy and overbearing, but Chris was relaxed and very friendly. I bought my second mini in 2009 and the experience was equally amazing (if not more so), I really felt like I was being taken care of and love the fact that even after three years as soon as I walked into the showroom Chris remembered my name. I have since recommended South Bay Mini to a couple of friends and always tell them to deal with Chris. More
