Recently, I bought a new Mini Coupe from South Bay BMW & Mini. First impression of the dealer was "wow it's so clean!" As I called Grace, She came out to greet us from the entrance of the dealer. Grace helped us from A to Z, finding a car, paperworks, explaination of the car, option, insurance things, etc. signing the paper works. everything very passionate. And I'm very very satisfied with our Mini, and Her works!! I would definitely go back to buy more cars as necessary, and would recommend SouthBay BMW & Mini (Grace Kim) to my friends and anyone who is willing to buy a BMW or a Mini. Grace also satisfied me with the price of the car and options. I was able to save about $500 than I expected. Other employees I met from SouthBay were very polite and nice too! Eugene recently put my wife and I in a delightfully sporty and surprisingly roomy Mini Clubman.
