Lisette Figueroa, who has been my assigned service representative for the last five years or so, greets me promptly, makes me feel welcome, and listens carefully to my concerns about the car (which I’m delighted to say have been few and far between). After the service techs have performed their maintenance check, Lisette reports promptly on the results of the diagnostics. She also follows up after the service appointment to make certain that any issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. Her high level of service and attention to my satisfaction are a credit to South Bay Lexus and the Lexus brand. More

Had an outstanding regular maintenance service PLUS recall repair on my 2017 RX 450h vehicle at South Bay Lexus. Henry was great. The cost for what was done was ridiculous. It shouldn’t have cost more than $500 to have some fluids topped off and an oil change with a tire rotation.
