Excellent service and accommodation. We took our 2007 LS460 in for “recall” replacement of interior panels (glovebox, door panels, etc.). The majority of the parts arrived but we are sti We took our 2007 LS460 in for “recall” replacement of interior panels (glovebox, door panels, etc.). The majority of the parts arrived but we are still waiting for the glovebox panel. The service was performed quickly and seemingly well. My wife was able to use a loaner car to continue with her errands and busy day, thank you. The only feedback I’d provide to Brian is to keep us informed on the status of the parts. My wife thought that multiple weeks was long enough before calling to initiate the service. Lied to about my issus. Took my car here based on convenience. After 10 months and multiple trips they addressed the issues. Then 2 weeks later the issues came back.
