Treated with respect! About 3 months ago I went to the dealership to check out the Lexus NX’s. (Checking out cars isn’t like going to Macy’s to try on shoes.) I wanted to About 3 months ago I went to the dealership to check out the Lexus NX’s. (Checking out cars isn’t like going to Macy’s to try on shoes.) I wanted to check out the colors, interior and the ball park price. I look like I’m 17 years old, So no one ever helps me or takes me seriously. I guess Doug did because he was so patient and helpful. He’s amazing. He took me around to look at several cars. He went out of his way to get the keys to open it up. I even told him I am just looking today. No problem, he said. Friday, May 18, 2018 I went back and looked for Doug and bought my new Lexus NX. It was easy and quite painless lol, After the purchase was done we went out to the car. All washed and clean. He taught me a lot about the basics. If I want, I could go back next week to learn more about this amazing Lexus. The finance guy was also amazing. His name is Paymon and he has a great personality and finds you the best rates if you want financing. Signing paperwork with him was a joy. More

Lied to about my issus. Took my car here based on convenience. After 10 months and multiple trips they addressed the issues. Then 2 weeks later the issues came back. I saw South Bay lexus has same model and color in stock. I only went to look hoping to meet fleet manager next week, but met David Mata. He was great—totally opposite of all my previous experiences at car dealerships. David was kind, not pushy, and was ready to try get me to the price I was promised in Cerritos. I didn’t think he could do it, but he got me an even better deal. He was also looking to make sure I was happy with what I was buying. Everything went fast and smooth. David even took the time to set up all my bluetooth to connect my phone, set up my navigation preferences, my radio stations, and seat settings. I would recommend anyone to come look for David at South Bay lexus if they are looking for a lexus. I’ll be back here for my next car!
