Ali is Wonderful. I came in to browse the CT200h and I was greeted by Ali. Instantly he had a very friendly and professional approach. He showed me all of the models av I came in to browse the CT200h and I was greeted by Ali. Instantly he had a very friendly and professional approach. He showed me all of the models available at the time and went through all of the features that the car has. Not only I ended up buying on that day but Ali gave me a very good offer for my old Lexus for a trade in. Amin was awesome . I got quotes from multiple dealers (including the “#1 in California” and Southbay Lexus beat all of them on my trade-in and the overall price of the . I got quotes from multiple dealers (including the “#1 in California” and Southbay Lexus beat all of them on my trade-in and the overall price of the car. This was by far my easiest experience at a car dealership. He wasn’t pushy, he talked to me and my wife with respect, and he understood exactly what we wanted. He went out of his way to trade cars with other dealers to bring our car into their inventory, and ultimately sell us our car for the bottom of KBB green range. We will be back. I will be purchasing my next car (probably the ES Hybrid) from Amin. Thank you! More
