He warmly welcomed us, took time to demonstrate all of the features of the car, and once we decided to purchase the car, h We loved working with Ali. Again, he walked us through the purchase process, addressed every concern/request without hesitation, and helped us to set up the car itself. Usually, I'm fed up with the salesperson by the time I decide to purchase the car, but tolerate them because I want the car. That was not at all the case this time - this is customer service at it's best. In fact, I'm not sure which I loved more - working with Ali or driving my new car!
