Excellent, attentive service! I was very well taken care of by Fernando Chavez for the past two services. He made sure to take the time to explain to me the type of service that wo I was very well taken care of by Fernando Chavez for the past two services. He made sure to take the time to explain to me the type of service that would be done to my vehicle, 2016 IS 200T F Sport. I try to be as knowledgeable as I can. So if I had any questions or concerns, Fernando took the time to explain thoroughly. This past visit March 2020, I was went in for a 40K mile service and was not necessarily expecting any major repairs or work done. But when I had asked him about some faint squealing from my brakes, he made sure to check on that right away. He got back to me with a quote and named other items that needed to be exchanged (battery, air cabin filters). And although I understood that I would come out of pocket for the labor/materials for the brake pads and battery, Fernando made sure to help me in any way he could to trim some costs where possible. I was very appreciative that he took the time to explain the service done and all the costs involved. He was also very timely in communicating throughout the ~4-5 hour service.
