Henry Montoya was very professional and courteous. As my Lexus was being serviced, Henry was aware that I was waiting in the lounge area, and when my car was ready, instead of just sending me a text, he wen Lexus was being serviced, Henry was aware that I was waiting in the lounge area, and when my car was ready, instead of just sending me a text, he went out of his way and went looking for me in the lounge area to inform me that my car was ready.
