Talal Barikhan was amazing, he went above and beyond being helpful. We had him running back and forth getting cars for us because we couldn’t make up our minds and no less than 4 times he obliged us. I recently had a great experience at South Bay Lexus thanks to Service Consultant Fernando Chavez. Even though it’s been 6 months since my last visit, Fernando remembered me right away. He is incredibly professional and welcoming, and communicated with me effectively about what services were being performed on my vehicle, associated costs, length of time to complete etc. . and delivered on everything as promised. We searched all over Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California looking for a very specific GX 460. South Bay Lexus was the only dealer that had exactly what we wanted.
