I was late for my appointment with Mr. Barikhan yet he was very gracious and made no comment about it. Email correspondence helped me decide that the car was the one I wanted. The test drive was unrushed was very gracious and made no comment about it. Email correspondence helped me decide that the car was the one I wanted. The test drive was unrushed and all my questions were answered. I was greeted respectfully at the dealership door and my appointment was looked up very professionally and efficiently. The test drive and decision to buy took less than one hour and the loan paperwork took less than one hour. My credit union was confusing me, but the dealership financing was clear and a better deal. I felt happy as I left the dealership. More

Brought my 5 year old Lexus GS350 in for a recall part replacement-fuel pump. Easy to schedule an appointment, rsvp a loaner car & drop/pickup car when finished.
