Tim was pretty good. Polite in the beginning. Both new cars I selected initially had a couple scratches. I pointed this out and explained that I wasn't going to purchase two brand new cars with surface sc cars I selected initially had a couple scratches. I pointed this out and explained that I wasn't going to purchase two brand new cars with surface scratches on them. He told me "I've seen worse" and seemed a bit frustrated with my concerns. He did bring out the guy in charge of the detail area who did say he could get the scratches out before taking delivery. I hadn't signed paperwork yet, so just had to trust that'd be the case. To prevent potentially further irritating Tim, I said ok. It worked out in the end. Near the end, Tim started to cuss a bit. Not sure if it was because of how I was dressed or how I looked but, was a bit unprofessional. Maybe he got a little too comfortable? Overall, he was ok and got what I needed done in terms of a deal. As for the dealership itself, it was clean and pretty painless. The only thing that bothered me when taking delivery of two new cars I just purchased, was stickers and plastic throughout the entire car still needed removal. The rear trunk mat, cargo net etc. I installed myself. I've purchased many Lexus's and have never had to do any of that. Overall, it was an ok experience. More
