Had an outstanding regular maintenance service PLUS recall repair on my 2017 RX 450h vehicle at South Bay Lexus. All interactions were handled by Jessica Rodriguez of the service department and she was recall repair on my 2017 RX 450h vehicle at South Bay Lexus. Henry was great. The cost for what was done was ridiculous. It shouldn’t have cost more than $500 to have some fluids topped off and an oil change with a tire rotation. I will look into another mechanic for my future regular services and maintenance. This should not affect Henry as his customer service, knowledge and courteous nature was great. More
