Henry exhibited excellent customer service. He listened to what I had to say about my car’s issues, and later, thoroughly explained the services that was performed, In addition to general maintenance servi to what I had to say about my car’s issues, and later, thoroughly explained the services that was performed, In addition to general maintenance service, a loose rear turn signal bulb was tightened and a cover for my seat adjustment was reinstalled. It’s taking care of the little things that matters most. After servicing, my car was washed and returned looking brand new. When I arrived at the dealership David welcomed my wife and I. During the test drive, David showed us the features and was very detailed. He was very generous with his time and answered all of our questions thoroughly. David definitely provided us with a red carpet, white glove experience. Lisette Figueroa, who has been my assigned service representative for the last five years or so, greets me promptly, makes me feel welcome, and listens carefully to my concerns about the car (which I’m delighted to say have been few and far between). After the service techs have performed their maintenance check, Lisette reports promptly on the results of the diagnostics. She also follows up after the service appointment to make certain that any issues have been resolved to my satisfaction.
