Hello there I bought 2021 lexus ux 200 on August 7/ 2021 from LEXUS OF THE SOUTH BAY OF TORRANCE on the windshield driver side OF THE CAR on the tags said the mpg for this car is 29 ON STREET 38 on the freeway average city and freeway is 32 miles per gallon. This car gas tank gets 12/1/5 gallon, this car atlas must give me 400 per tank. But it barely gives me 220 mils per tank. AFTER 3 WEEKS I took the car back to LEXUS OF THE SOUTH BAY OF TORRANCE that i purchased from there. I leave the car to check it out. After 3 hours they called me to pick up the car. When i go there they told me they checked the car and said is it ok nothing wrong with the car. Just like that and they didn’t give me proof. They said maybe it is the way you drive the car. I am a 71 years old guy. I bought this CAR to work with it. This SOUTH BAY LEXUS OF THE TORRANCE DEALER. SOLD ME A LEMON CAR. They must prove to me that this car gives 32 miles on average. The proof is we are going to fill up the tank and we are going to drive on the street and on the freeway. The way they act is like I am lying to this LUXUS OF THE SOUTH BAY OF THE TORRANCE . I WILL FIGHT TO PROVE IT THEY WANT TAKEADVANTE OF AN OLD GUY. I just want the mpg said on the windshield average 32 miles per gallon. Otherwise I will contact D.M.V and LEMON attorney. hOSSEIN SHARIFI
