What Is the definition of insanity dong the same thing twice and getting the same results. My low scores is due to several reasons. First bathroom toilets do no flush and bathroom is dirty. I reported to service and they said they would have it cleaned, never did. NO perks like water, coffee, so if you are there all day, NOT GOOD, I guess I am spoiled by the CERRITOS customer care, clean lobby and snacks, Next I made the mistake of purchasing a car there but NO ONE is able to help me with question, because none of sales people or service people own a Lexus. This is not a place to purchase a car, they are NOT helpful, the only time you hear from them is when they want you to submit a review. Please do your research before coming here, Tim is a good nice sales rep, I wish he gave me more information, but he doesn't know much about the car, I highly recommend you choose another dealership.
