Enrique Carvajal provided me white glove and outstanding service. I was trying to get a red IS 350 and other dealerships didn't have one or really tried hard to get one. Enrique tracked down the only one is the USA for me and reserved it for me. A couple of days later that car was redirected somewhere else. He then found another one that was going to arrive from Japan in a few days and secured that one for me and kept making sure that one was going to be mine. He kept me updated every day and he did everything he could to make sure I got the car of my dreams at the price I told him I could afford. The personal attention and the commitment to make me thrilled with the car he displayed was off the charts. When my car arrived earlier than expected he offered to come in on his day off to hand me the keys. I told him that wouldn't be necessary of course but when I did pick up my car it was freshly washed and gassed up. He set up my Lexus app and helped set up some of the features. I never had someone really listen to what I wanted and go get it at the price we agreed to on our first conversation. He is awesome! More
