I was told that a 36 point check was I was not given the 36 point check list also my steel rims were replaced with plastic rims. Communication was terrible. I never receive updates or follow up, days after I should have been contacted. It was always me reaching out. When I interacted with most other service employees there seemed to be a lack of interest and enthusiasm to assist. Considering my situation was uniquely difficult, all due to SB Hyundai and Hyundai corporation as a whole, in return I received no additional levels of service. Both my wife and I have had Hyundai;s her for more than 10 years across 3 vehicles, and in the future we are moving away from the brand due to customer service and vehicle reliability. More

I have been going to South Bay Hyundai for over 10 years, and continue to go there even after I moved to Alhambra, 32 miles away, 3 years ago. They Are Always Professional, Knowledgeable, and Most Courteous (smile)!, and I don't have to worry about them over- charging Me, or trying to do Unnecessary Repairs (smile)! I wish I could say I was satisfied but it was a disappointment. Took my vehicle in for the first complimentary service. One tire had its valve cap missing when I brought it in and that was untouched. Also, I was directed to the "waiting area" where I sat the entire time. I noticed that other customers were notified by a service personnel when their vehicles were ready and thought that was the procedure. My phone ringer happened to be off and I did not see the text/ring informing me that my vehicle was ready until after 40 minutes and only found out when I happened to check my messages. I would have expected someone to check if I was in the waiting area. More
