I did every regular maintenance and fix in Ford dealership across US as I moved from Cleveland to San Francisco then to Seattle. This one is the WORST one ever. I always know that the price in dealership is higher than independent shop. But this one charge you like you are fool. Claudio first told me that my mustang only have battery issue, so it just need to replace the battery. I went there at 9 in the morning, and it took 4 hours for the whole process. At 1pm, Claudio came to me said the engine test is still not passed, so he wanted to borrow me a car and would tell exactly what to be fixed by next morning. What a such friendly and helpful salesman. Next morning, he said it need to replace purge valve and pressure sensor with extra labor which brought the price up to $1177.32. After we did some research from other Ford mechanic, we found that we are overcharged by not only the material but labor cost. Please see my photo attachments to see the price difference. More
Outstanding service at the Service Dept! Wanted to leave a shout out to two gentlemen, JR Rocha and Claudio Angulo. I recently had purchased a used Ford Explorer and called to schedule an appointment to locate the vehicle code for the keyless entry. Regretfully, the technician was unable to return the keyless entry to working condition, due to a faulty keypad on the drivers door that was no longer working,. There was NO CHARGE for the visit. During that visit, there was minor damage incurred to the instrument panel. After returning to the dealership, JR indicated he would locate the part necessary to remedy the situation. A week later, I returned to have the replacement part installed. Its like it never happened! The deliberate follow up and enthusiasm from these gentlemen was very much appreciated. They are both first class, and after being a card carrying Sound Ford Client for 16 years, there will be many more to come. Guy Hammington/Boulevard Park More

When they first told us it was done my wife returned a rental supplied free to us by the dealer who sold us the car (Renton Kia). They were right across the street from sf. Problem was sf had not fixed the car (they never even test drove it). Sf agreed to provide a loaner because Kia was closed. We live 1:15 from Renton so we had no choice. One month later, when they finally fixed the problem we returned the car they charged us $165 for a cleaning fee for the loaner car. We returned the car clean, they said things like "it was full of dog hair" (we don't own a dog). We complained to the BBB but sf denied everything. This was last December and I've waited 7 months before posting this. Sf has made no attempt to correct anything that happened. It's easy to see why their rated 2 stars (I'm surprised it's not lower). We obviously won't be using them again and our experience with them has convinced us not to buy a ford again. Please don't use sf for anything. More

This is a safety issue and they want me to drive my car for two more weeks before they can service it. I would NEVER have anyone buy a car from them or will I take my car back to them. It ran just fine until there was a recall on a part and their service department popped the hood. Since then, I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. It has died on me several times, and only by God's grace it happened on the 516 and not the I5 or 405. It is going to get towed to a different dealership tomorrow because it just died AGAIN. b( 4th time with a tow truck in a month) and hopefully they can figure out with Sound F'ed up. For a 2015 car, this should not be happening. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR MECHANICS> YOUR LIFE DEPENDS on skilled labor, which they DO NOT HAVE. Bad Customer Service 1st time, went to get a 2nd key made. (2-3 hour process) This is a service vehicle, which we work in WA and OR, so not an easy task to pull it out of 1st time, went to get a 2nd key made. (2-3 hour process) This is a service vehicle, which we work in WA and OR, so not an easy task to pull it out of commission. They didn't not want to try to help resolve the issue, since they had an issue getting some code in order to program the chip key. Called Corporate, and they called Sound Ford and then they agreed to replace under warranty. Got this done on a 2nd trip there, and returned back to the shop, 60 min away, and the 2nd key didn't work. They didn't test it, but said we were good to go. Each day the vehicle is out of service this costs 800-1000 a day. Now we are out 2 days of work, and still the original issue is not resolved. Called them, they said bring by when in the area. So we called on a Thursday while we were going to be working in the area, and they said we would need to schedule this, and it would not be until next Wednesday for the earliest available time. This is not what they told us. They said stop by when we are in the area and they could fix it. I guess once you have paid, they have your money, they don't need to take care of you anymore. More

Worst Service I had an 8:30 appointment to get my car serviced. I arrived on time and was met by a women with an overwhelmed attitude. My car was parked in front of the office and I assumed all was well. As I sat in the customer lounge for 2 1/2 hours I discovered my keys inside my pocket and my car still left where I parked earlier that morning. I checked with that same service women and she told me my car was ready for pick up. Hmmm .. I still had my keys and how is my car ready? She still had that overwhelmed look. Evidently she lied to me and I caught her lie and I was not happy. I decided after buying 3 cars from Sound and referring 3 other family members , they are just tired of my business. I end up leaving without my car serviced and contacting another dealership who happily secured my car with a smile. More
