They which includes all the guys whom helped my husband and I through the process of buying our New 2017 Ford XLT truck are (Mark, James (Jim), Bill, Kwok & Joe), did a fantastic job. Ease of shopping, no pressure, very courteous at all times, answered all of our questions and keeping there word! In today's market, keeping your word is absolute !!!!!! Trading up to a new Fusion SE Purchasing a new car could be both frustrating and intimidating. My experience Saturday was actually fun and I got what I wanted, mind you I had done my research beforehand via the dealers website I found exactly the car I wanted. I turned up and met both Kwok Kau and James Adams (Jim) who found the car and we went for a test drive, where Jim was able to give me some good detail on the vehicles features. Next the hard part, the negotiation - this I actually enjoyed and worked with Bill Rajpal who listened to what I wanted and we did some negotiation on price and trade in value on my old car, this went surprisingly quickly and I felt I had a good deal - again being prepared beforehand helps you decide and helps the dealer to understand what you are seeking to get out of the deal. Finally I met Joe Seppen who took me through the Finance and payment, with this things things there is a mountain of paperwork to go through but again the process went easily enough with Joe answering my questions along the way. More

I visited the Sound Ford Dealership for a test drive (3rd dealership visited). they had the car ready for my test drive and the pricing was the same as advertised! from the salesman who showed us the car, to the manager who put the deal together, and even to the finance guy who did all the paperwork at the end took less than 2 hours! they are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, candid and the whole experience was enjoyable and rewarding. Thanks James, Bill and Joe!!! I highly recommend Sound Ford and their Team if you're shopping for a car. Since my purchase 5 days ago, I've had a check in call from each of them to see if I had any issues or needs. of course, everything is perfect! Birthday Gift I walked in there knowing I was going home with a new ford mustang that day and they made it happen. My husband was purchasing this for me as a birthday gift! The Reps were very helpful in giving us our finance plan so we would pay exactly what our intentions were. We took it for a nice test drive and decided that was the one! James Adams had met my husband a year earlier so when we walked in he knew right away who he was. After they got my 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium ready for the ride home James sat down with me and schooled me on the features about the car. (A lot of technology has changed since I bought my last car in 2014, so it was good of him to give me a lesson before I drove it off the lot). Thank you all who were involved in our transactions!
