The sales people at Sound Ford are nice enough to get you to buy, but I found that when I counted on them to be my expert for the things I didn't kno The sales people at Sound Ford are nice enough to get you to buy, but I found that when I counted on them to be my expert for the things I didn't know, which most of us are not car and truck experts, they chose to mislead me on the vehicles capabilities to make the sale instead of pointing me in the right direction. When I talked to their mechanic the VERY next morning to follow up on the improvements my sales person suggested, the mechanic told me I was mislead. I immediately followed up with my sales people, who refused to anything other than offer trade this one in for a more expensive one. I asked to speak with the manager and they refused to transfer me to the manager. I left messages with finance, and they have yet to return my call as they know my name and number now. I am now COMPLETELY being ignored. SO... MAKE SURE you know your stuff before you shop here, or you might get duped into buying something that looks good, but isn't what you wanted. More

Bought a used truck from them. Drove five hours back home with no issues. The next morning, I discovered the heater/defrost was not working. Both myself and their mechanics did not catch the previous owner with no issues. The next morning, I discovered the heater/defrost was not working. Did not car about the lable but need it to be in my price range. When to about 6 different local areas and could not find anything. Called around and final found a truck. Talked to Frank and sounded like he knew what was what. Offered him a reasonable deal so we would not have to drive out there for nothing. When I got there on time they showed me the truck and it was still dirty even though they said it was very clean. He then handed me to someone else for the test drive and she had no clue what was going on. Test drive was short and slow. Then frank came back to the picture and tried to haggle the price with no luck. The over all finance guy felt like he hated being there and kinda rude. Now after I got the truck back home for a few days. The engine light came on and flashing too. Which means don't drive the truck at all. So very annoyed by it. So the problem is a bad cylinder for the truck and will cost me over a grand to fix it. When I asked frank about it it was like he I'm just the sales guy not the mechanic I can't foresee the future on all cars and trucks. So wishes me all the best and hope everything works out for me. Beware of this place and find a better place for any car or truck. Not military friendly as well. More

Swindlers looking to rob you. So I purchased a focus "regrettably" price tag was 20k. I had $7500 down payment. Did they take that 7500 off sticker price and finance the balance? NO THEY DID NOT. Purchased a brand new car. 3 days after received a call from Natasha saying that the bank approved the loan. So yeah. So much for wasting our time. They said that they could've charge us for the mileage that was on the car like they expect us not to use the car that we "purchased". They could've just be upfront and not waste anyone's time. Goodluck selling a brand new 2021 Ford Bronco with 300 miles on it. The dude in finance, I think his name is Nabu wasn't very welcoming. He made us sign papers without even explaining it. We almost pulled out the deal because he didn't explained about warranty. He wanted to sell us the extended warranty without stating that if we didn't purchased it we're still getting 36 months warranty and 5 years drivetrain warranty all he said was let me get your keys back up until the guy who made the deal explained it to us and that's why we signed it. Not knowing that after 3 days they're gonna xxxx us over again. More
