I had my 2003 ford taurus in for repair work, they had the car for 2 weeks and returned it with fire damage in the engine bay and denied they did it. I brought my truck in to have the passenger door lock fixed. I knew exactly which part needed to be replaced and told them. They told me they had to do a diagnostic anyways and do a free check on recalle fixed. I knew exactly which part needed to be replaced and told them. They told me they had to do a diagnostic anyways and do a free check on recalled parts. The door lock happened to be one of the recalled parts. I was gone for three hours and came back to them telling me a long list of other things I needed done, they told me an actuator (door part) was $300 when it's $35 at the most. I refused and still ended up having to pay $145 and wait an extra hour for them to put my car back together. No actual work got done I wasted 4 hours and $150. Now I'm out my money and my door STILL doesn't lock. It's needs to be called a DisService station. More
Drove into the lot to look at what they had. We instantly saw someone open the office door and track us....kind of like a vulture circling us. We kept driving and this person was about 10 cars away and getting closer...we turned into the next aisle and eventually she could keep up. Look in the rear view mirror because this was kind of creep I saw a salesman literally sprinting behind my car??? Talk about pressure and annoying. At this point we decided there is know way that we'll buy from this place...could you imagine if they're like this before you meet them...sit down with someone of this nature and try to make a deal. Good Luck coming up with a good price. So we decided to have a little fun and drive in the new car side...its all connected. Keep in mind we have a guy behind sprinting. We pull by the new cars and out comes a salesman waving his hands. We pull into on of the isle and fortunately there's a way out and we leave. I had gone there to buy a new Ford Focus 2007 model. In the process of getting the best deal from kevin and his manager, which I am sure is the right of a customer, it came to me as a surprise when instead the process of getting the best deal from kevin and his manager, which I am sure is the right of a customer, it came to me as a surprise when instead of taking a stand on their offering (OTD price) they started geting personal and started discriminating with their abusive language and all bad words a highly unprofessional person could use to humiliate his customer. After all his derogatory remarks/comments, I am sure I am NEVER opting for Sound Ford again. And I will communicate the same to my colleagues, family, friends and relatives. WORST EXPERIENCE. More
I require the use of a vehicle for work, so as one may imagine, I have had extensive experience in buying cars. In all the years of my experience, I have never seen such terrible treatment of willing cust imagine, I have had extensive experience in buying cars. In all the years of my experience, I have never seen such terrible treatment of willing customers. I even called them ahead of time to make sure that a deal could be done for a car for my wife. They said that they'd be able to, so we went. To begin with their sales staff were rude, tried every nasty psychological trick imaginable to shaft customers into a horribly bad deal, and pushed us to the point we got up to leave, only to realize they had our keys. Of course this was their cue to come up with a better deal before giving back our keys. The "manager" came out to play "good cop" at first, then became hostile. even going so far as to order my wife to sit down and sign. The ONLY thing that kept us there was that we were drawn to see what they'd do next--like not being able to resist watching a car accident. In hindsight, we should have told them where to go, and left. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM "CLOWN FORD" AS POSSIBLE! Even Pierre is better! More

It started during the buying process when they were only able to get a 9.5 APR loan for me when they were advertising 2 to 4 percent loans. My credit is flawless, but my youth betrayed me on that one a bit due to a shorter history. Of course when you buy a new car it is going to have some quirks and this one did. It had a window leak. They gave me an owner loaner for a day or two and that was good. Next time a service need came up to examine the engine for a weird foghorn noise and a dash replacement. No loaner cars were available for weeks. Of course they couldn't duplicate the noise as most mechanics miraculously never can. Wow, that is amazing I must be the only one that hears it. That never got fixed even though Ford has documentation on how to fix it. The dash recall was never served and expired after trying to take it in there 2 times and 3 total at another dealership. No one ever had the parts. Yeah my fault I guess. Do not sign an extended warranty or services agreement with them because it is tough to get them to fulfill the agreement. If it is a warranty beware they probably bought the deal from a third party and raised the price on it stamped it as yours and then when you need work done they don't know where this warranty applies and who okays the work. Other than that they are great. Especially when they provide consistently poor service and then tell you to give them excellent on all of their comment forms. This starts right when you deal with the salesperson to the inevitable services you are going to need on your Ford. Don't bother with Ford.com either because all of their customer service is in India or somewhere with a similar accent and they will flat out tell you they can't intervene because they are not affiliated with the dealership, it only sells their cars...... So yeah think twice about Sound Ford Renton because they suck completely. More
