Ants??? In a Vehicle? Only Sound Ford/SNL 1st day of driving 2011 Chevy Mailbu, Key Fob that was promised to be fixed, didn't work. Had an horrible odor and cat/dog hair in car/console/seats b 1st day of driving 2011 Chevy Mailbu, Key Fob that was promised to be fixed, didn't work. Had an horrible odor and cat/dog hair in car/console/seats but claimed to have cleaned the vehicle, which was poorly done, if done at all. Gas on complete empty-that was promised to have on full. Top it off...car infected with ants inside and out. I took several videos. Aaron was so upset, unprofessional, unapologetic, and so rude to me for mentioning these issues to him. I've never seen or heard of a Vehicle with ants! It's been nothing but unprofessional with dealing with Aaron Wilmot and Mike Emery. Time to bring this to the attention of Adam Larson the GM. Videos and all! No way these two individuals selling infected ant car with dead odor issue to people, should be representing the company of Sound Ford. #SafetyFirst# More
First oil change I took my 2016 F150 for its first oil filter change. The service was done quickly and efficiently as I also had them rotate and balance the tires. The service writer was friendly, courteous and attentive. I chose this dealer cause they were able to fix an issue my buddy had with his truck that 2 other dealerships couldn't fix. Incompetent and Horrible Customer Service I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer in August. My mistake was buying a brand new car when it had an issue with the 3rd row seats not operating correctly. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer in August. My mistake was buying a brand new car when it had an issue with the 3rd row seats not operating correctly. I was assured that it would be a minor fix so I went ahead and did the deal, had them order the part and waited for a call from service to install the part. Service never called so after more than a week waiting I called and no one in service had a clue to ever call me. They did find that the part was in so scheduled me to come in. I brought the car in to get the seats fixed and day after day after day of Sound not being able to fix the seats and a bunch of fumbling of responsibility my car ended up not even being able to start. Apparently this was due to some software updates they thought needed to be done. Service called sales and sales called me and offered to put me in the exact same car for zero out of pocket. I agreed and when I showed up to do the paperwork I discovered I was actually being asked to pay an additional 2,900 to buy the exact same care. I blew a gasket and asked why should I pay more money for the exact same car when it was not my fault for the faulty seats. The response was it was not their fault that the seats were broken either. I blew a second gasket and asked for my money back. They agreed and then it only took 2 more weeks to get my deal unwound. There is a whole lot more to this story than I am sharing but the bottom line is that I will never purchase or refer anyone to this dealer. I was lied to countless times, the service and sales departments are on two different planets in terms of communication. Even internally the service department lost track of who was doing what between days. I will say that most of the underlings seemed very nice. The managers and up are clueless as to what customer service is. This was my first Ford purchase and Sound Ford left me with a horrible impression. I guess I should have bought the Kia in the first place. More

Direct Deal No Games I went to Sound Ford after feeling disrespected by 2 other dealers offers to purchase a Mustang, The first dealer in Tacoma tried to offer me a deal w I went to Sound Ford after feeling disrespected by 2 other dealers offers to purchase a Mustang, The first dealer in Tacoma tried to offer me a deal with a higher interest rate than the one I already had on my trade, no gap insurance on a base Eco-Boost. , The second dealer just made a ridiculous offer, an extremely higher payment. So high it was comparable to renting an apartment in Seattle! So when I browsed the lot at Sound Ford Jay came over and his conversational, un-salesman like approach was refreshing. He introduced me to the Sales Mgr. who asked me straight up. What can we do to put a deal together? After a brief conversation, we were able to meet on numbers and financing and I got the Mustang Eco-Boost Premium I wanted. I'm very pleased with how they treated me with respect, and i left with the car I wanted. I tell all my friends to check out Sound Ford when they're considering buying a new car. When the time comes for my next Mustang, I will go back to Sound Ford. More
