Sound had a couple in stock and the price looked good. A Saturday test drive was scheduled and details about the vehicle were discussed with Sales Manager Kwok Yau. He said we could bring the whole family down and take a look at the vehicle. Upon arriving at our appointed time, Kwok set us up with Produce Specialist James Adams for a test drive and to get to know the vehicle. James was very knowledgeable about the rig and showed us everything from soup to nuts. Upon deciding to pull the trigger on the purchase, James introduced us to Sales Manager Bill Rajpal who aided us in working out the details of the transaction. The whole team were very patient with us as we have a two year old who was intent on exploring every nook and cranny of the showroom while we were waiting for financing to be approved. Once it was, their finance guy, Nabu Thomas, helped us roll through the final steps of the process to get out the door with our new (slightly used) vehicle. Overall, we had a smooth and enjoyable experience and I would recommend this outfit to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle in an efficient and timely manner. More

She supplied us with information on a current vehicle in stock and worked with me on Our first contact was with Susan MacKendrick in Internet Sales. She supplied us with information on a current vehicle in stock and worked with me on an option to order directly from the factory. She suggested we come and check out the on hand vehicle which we did. We met Mike Locke-Berry, Sales Manager and Becca Stover, Product Specialist. Becca spent a few hours (really!) teaching us about the C-Max Hybrid and generally holding our hand. With her knowledge and information provided we were sold on the vehicle on hand. She helped program the bluetooth, clean out our trade, and check the price on other options. Mike, the Sales Manager, did everything he could to make us happy and satisfied. No stress - no pressure. 5* to the cookies and the fancy coffee in the lounge 2* for the dirty vehicle delivered to us with sticker residue and dirt - we know how to wash a car and did when we got it home. My salesman was top notch, but that's about it. Caesar was our main man. He was with us every step of the way. His ability to be tentative, empathetic, reasonable, and communicate with his Customers Caesar was our main man. He was with us every step of the way. I'm glad we had him and so would anyone else lucky enough to snatch him up. Having worked in car sales myself, I feel I know the way things should be run. I wish I could say the rest of the experience was without stress, but that was not the case. The oppressive and outdated nature of the sales manager was probably the worst of it all. His downfall was his inaccurate judgement based on my age and what he assumed I would and would not know. The act of talking to me like a child as if I knew nothing surely must have been regrettable when in the end, after putting up a xxxx of a fight, the two of us came to common ground. I'm sure he was shocked with what I knew and I understand that it is fairly uncommon for anyone, let alone someone at 22, to know the inner workings of the auto sales model. The next part was more of a serious hygienic concern. Having seen this car online with pictures of snow still fresh in the background, I knew that the vehicle had been sitting for a while. What I didn't know however, was that that vehicle had been sitting in the same condition it was traded in for an even longer amount of time. The car was absolutely filthy, never ONCE was it put through the STANDARD detailing service to ensure best possible quality for a potential buyer. The evidence was clear, by the dozens of stains, rancid smell (some combination of a rotting pig carcass and sewage), and the all but welcoming dead cockroach in the center counsel. There was a significant bulge in the front left tire that was swapped out; though it was after much insistence. Now luckily, we still had Caesar. Caesar went above and beyond for us, and though he did not have to, spent the better part of an hour vacuuming out the car for us and trying the best he could to get it to showroom quality. He never was able to achieve the showroom quality (not that anyone could have in that amount of time) but the effort was certainly noticed and greatly appreciated. More
