Waste of Time! Called Dealership and gave my credit rating, income, job history, down payment amount. They said we can work with you come on in. So I drove 60 miles Called Dealership and gave my credit rating, income, job history, down payment amount. They said we can work with you come on in. So I drove 60 miles and when I get there. They copy everything and then say you don't make enough money! Why have a single Mom with 3 kids drive so far and tell her that knowing all along you would say No. Waste of Time! More

TOO LONG I had my car serviced, they told me they could give me a ride to and from work. I've waited an hour at work for them. Then they had the nerve to call I had my car serviced, they told me they could give me a ride to and from work. I've waited an hour at work for them. Then they had the nerve to call me and ask if I could find a ride. What terrible service. I will take my car there only if I have to for warranty. Waiting an hour is bad enough! To ask for someone else to give me a ride crossed the line! Big red called and said they mailed a check and wanted me to change my review. I still haven't received the check; therefore, my negative review REMAINS! More

Deceptive Practices/high pressure sales I bought a used vehicle from them--BAAAD IDEA! I had to ask salesman three times what the PRICE of the vehicle was. He kept telling me what my paymen I bought a used vehicle from them--BAAAD IDEA! I had to ask salesman three times what the PRICE of the vehicle was. He kept telling me what my payment would be per month--no info on price, APR, or number of months I'd be paying. Very high pressure sales. Car broke down ON MY WAY HOME FROM DEALERSHIP. They refused to take it back and give me my trade in back. I had to take time off from work to go on tow truck to take vehicle back. They were "nice" enough to promise to fix it and give me a loaner -- kept vehicle in their shop for SEVEN weeks and gave me the run around every time I called on how they had ordered parts but wrong ones came in...installed parts but were defective.... on and on and on! I NEVER received the title to this vehicle. They finally admitted that "mechanics cannot fix it". They tried to "sell" me a "comparable" auto and offered to move my loan over. Yeah! To a vehicle worth a LOT less than what I had financed. Finally, they paid off the loan on the car I financed, and gave me my trade in value back. Very suspect excuses and information....and the fact I never got the title is very fishy as well! Manager either does not know or does not care how his customers are treated. Though I asked to have manager call me three times, he either wasn't informed or wouldn't deign to call me. I was very inconvenienced and jerked around by this dealership! I wouldn't buy rollerskates from these shysters! More

They went round and round in circles trying to get me to finance a car that I hadn't even seen yet before I finally said nevermind and just left. Will never go to big red sports and imports again More
