Dissatisfied with Big Red Sports Recently we visited Big Red Sport to purchase a car for our son who is learning disabled. We wanted him to see and learn how to do this on his own. Recently we visited Big Red Sport to purchase a car for our son who is learning disabled. We wanted him to see and learn how to do this on his own. We went to Big Red since we had purchased 5 vehicles in the past. Our salesman was new with Big Red and was eager to make the sale. After we looked around we stumbled upon a Jeep Liberty that our son fell in love with. It was a lot more than we planned on and we settled on a figure that would work for him. The sales manager got involved since we had to go back and forth with a price. This is the part of the whole process that we hate. The sale manager came over and shook my husbands hand. Unfortunately it was for $700 more than we expected. Our son was so upset and we had to explain that this the way all salesman do to squeeze more money our of a buyer. The sales manager was rude and unprofessional when I tried to talk to bring this to his attention by hanging up on me when I called him later to discuss the situation. The whole process was very stressful and difficult to explain to our son. We don't plan on ever dealing with this dealership again and will be reporting this to the BBB. More

Ripoff with terrible customer service Went in to see how much it would cost to have a broken drawer unstuck from my car. I waited an hour and a half and the cashier comes and tells me that Went in to see how much it would cost to have a broken drawer unstuck from my car. I waited an hour and a half and the cashier comes and tells me that the drawer latch is broken and asks if I wanted him to see how much it would cost to replace it. He additionally tells me that I would have to pay $150 in labor for them to get the broken drawer out of the car. I simply wanted to know how much it would cost to fix it; not for them to take the broken one out. When I asked to speak to the service manager and I voiced these concerns to him and asked questions, the cashier took it upon himself to ARGUE with me as to why I showed up, and answered all the questions that I had asked the service manager (who didn't even speak to me). So I had to pay $150 for them to open my dashboard and do something I did not ask them to do. More

terrible my daughter and son in law were trying to purchase a car from big red sports, my son in law passed away suddenly and about the same time their financi my daughter and son in law were trying to purchase a car from big red sports, my son in law passed away suddenly and about the same time their financing fell through, My daughter returned the car and talked to the guy who told her she would get her down payment back and since she was going through the death of her husband he wouldn't charge her for any mileage on the car and she would get the entire down payment back. She was told to come back on Monday and they would return her money to her as it was late at the time. Upon return on Monday we talked to the desk about what we were there for and were told to wait, After 45 minutes waiting someone finally came and spoke with us then left and went to the back, he returned and about 4:50 pm and said his boss would be right out to help us. At 5:15, Over an hour after our arrival a person comes out and informs us that they cannot help us as the finance depart closes at 5:00 sharp. They say they will mail it, finally get it 5 days later and its 150 dollars less than it should have been. Apparently they don't keep to their word and care little about customers other than what they can get. More

excellent experience I never thought someone like Daniel will help us to get a car like the way he did, he help us a lot , he answer all our questions he was so nice to u I never thought someone like Daniel will help us to get a car like the way he did, he help us a lot , he answer all our questions he was so nice to us, talk about all the options me and my wife have to get us into a new car, this its the 2nd car we get from big red kia, we decide to buy another car from there because the people are always so nice and respectful whit whatever situation it's happening whit our credit, down payment or payment options , we never feel intimidating about that or worry about it ,when we visit big red kia,, because the people there , understand that things happen and we will not always be on good position to get a new car, but on big red kia , we can really get the car we want for the 2 nd time, thanks a lot to the dealer ship and all the people working there,,, we love yall!! More
