Very poor customer service (Vehicle not as advertised) Sales manager took over for new associate and was very condescending. Acted as if I was doing them a favor by buying a Jeep from them. Several questions went unanswered at end of sale that have still not been addressed but I am no longer interested. Online ad stated that Jeep had a hardtop AND a soft top. No one could find one, No managers knew anything about it. Drove Jeep back to Tulsa with a Lug-lock on my spare. No one knew where the key was, had to pay tire shop to remove it. Internet manager was absent the day of my appointment when she said she would be there. Got a good vehicle but extremely difficult procedure. Finally spoke with "a manager" a week later when I called who really just listened to me vent but nothing came of it. Wouldn’t ever go back! More

Bait and Switch A few years ago a friend and I went to look at a car from this dealer. we asked for the vehicle and were taken to the lot across the highway. when we A few years ago a friend and I went to look at a car from this dealer. we asked for the vehicle and were taken to the lot across the highway. when we got there we were told a price and we looked over the vehicle. after we submitted a bid, we were told that the salesman had given us the price of another vehicle and that the one we wanted was priced $1500 higher. This string of events occurred again today. This is the second time this dealership has done this. They insist that it's not their fault and that there is nothing they can do. Avoid this dealer. If you decided that you must get a vehicle from them look at the inventory at home and bring a print off of the vehicle you want. More
Worst Customer Service Ever We were looking for a rare vehicle that we were very specific about. There were only 5 for sale within 200 miles of our home- 2 were out of our price We were looking for a rare vehicle that we were very specific about. There were only 5 for sale within 200 miles of our home- 2 were out of our price range, 2 had twice the miles on the odometer, and 1 fit what we were looking for which was at Big Red Sports. I contacted the dealership and had our application filled out and approved and our black book for our trade in completed and ready, the online sales person Jenifer i spoke to suggested we come on Saturday ( this was Wednesday) because we had to set up childcare and we were driving 2 hours from Broken Arrow. We were in contact on Wednesday, Friday, and our entire drive Saturday. During our drive on Saturday she was emailing me telling me they were waiting on us, where to park when we got there, who to ask for, etc. We got there and I did as I was instructed to do. Once inside the sales guy said Jenifer was tied up but he would help us. He then proceeded to tell me that they sold the vehicle that was being held for us that morning and had not told us during our entire 2 hour drive so we could turn around. He offered once to help us find a different vehicle and once I told him no we were very specific and that was the exact vehicle we wanted he just sat there and never offered a thing. No one ever called or emailed me to apologize, followed us out to apologize, there was no offer to atleast pay for our gas because of the inconvenience which was completely avoidable. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had to endure and they proved that they are just a used car dealer looking for a sale instead of creating loyal, long-lasting relationship. Very disappointed. More

Took forever to get the paperwork so I had to pay $100 extra to get tags. Then the engine blew. Then the transmission went out. Service had my car for 3 weeks. Kept promising to call me back. Never did. They fixed the transmission, but now the dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree. They won't fix it. Stay away from this dealership. They are liars and thieves. tt More
