big red Kia con artist and crooks bought a car from them and I was not approved after having the car for thirty day my down payment I did not get back they said they only took $3.97 of bought a car from them and I was not approved after having the car for thirty day my down payment I did not get back they said they only took $3.97 off my card when I paid 200 down and you can bet your xxx I they stand behind their word if they said they will buy your trade in even if you don't buy there they will offer you a dollar for it and if you don't take there offer of a doller they keep your keys to your trade in so if you're thinking from buying from Big Red I suggest you turn and run and go somewhere else even at that I would not send a dog to that place employees attitudes stunk More

Worst Car Shopping Experience I drove three hours to this establishment to purchase a vehicle that Jeremy sold me over the phone. Prior to leaving, I called several times and asked I drove three hours to this establishment to purchase a vehicle that Jeremy sold me over the phone. Prior to leaving, I called several times and asked Jeremy to send me a sales contract. He never did. I called Jeremy when I was less than 30 minutes away and he tells me to hurry in, he's been waiting for me. I get there and a guy named Brandon comes out. I noticed the car had a sign saying "As is" No Warranty which is a red Flag to me. We went on a test drive. The check engine and tire pressure lights were on which had not been disclosed. The battery in the key was extremely low so he had to show me how to turn the car on a different way. I asked about Jeremy's location and he told me that he was inside in the manager's area. After driving about ten minutes we return to the store and the car begins to smoke and smell like burning rubber. Jeremy never came out to greet us or to see what was going on. We ended up leaving because Brandon didn't know anything and Jeremy appeared to be too busy practicing his golf swing with his colleagues chatting it up. (The guy could have been someone else, but really where was he) Mind you it's after 8:30pm and they close at 9pm, so it's not like they were consumed with customers. I call the next day asking for Jeremy and another guy answers claiming to be head over him. I tell him everything that happened and he assures me that things will be handled. Jeremy calls about ten minutes later as if he knew nothing about what happened and he claims to have been at another location even though Brandon said he was there. He offers to fix the car and have it shipped to me. I tell him I'll call him back. I call back and asked for the head manager and the lady says Jeremy. I said no the guy who is over him. She tells me a guy named Chris is the owner but that he had not been in. So who did I speak with that was supposedly over Jeremy handling things? I cannot even express into words how frustrated I am with the run around I have received. They wasted my time, gas money, mileage and tears. Red flags over this whole establishment. More
BIG RED IS GREAT From the moment we drove into the store we were greeted by Mike Trevino. He was professional in his demeanor and did not get over bearing in his approach. We were made to feel comfortable and we were given as much time as needed to decide what we wanted. When we narrowed our choices to a Sedona and a Sorrento , mike took the time to explain the features of each vehicle and to let us test drive the Sorrento and Sedona so that we could decides what we wanted. My wife decided on the Sorrento. Mike was very patient because after deciding on the model , she wanted the one in the show room. When it came time to make a deal I didn't feel pressured. MIke and Scott the sales manager were great in talking to us and taking the time to talk to us in a personal manner when we said that we were planning a vacation with a new vehicle. When we closed the deal, Mike took the vehicle from the show room, had it detailed and filled with fuel. I truly believe that the people that represent the dealership is what makes people want to deal with that specific store. We had checked out the same model in Oklahoma City and were dismayed when the sales person at the dealership put the bad mouth on Big RED. His conduct was not professional and needless to say we walked. Thank You BIG RED for a great experience and a great deal. More
