Liars they never disclose anything I was in desperate need of a car and they only had one that I could get approved on. It had a small damage on the passenger side of the car, they said I was in desperate need of a car and they only had one that I could get approved on. Buying My New Kia I hate buying new cars because you can talk to someone on the phone and they tell you one thing and then you drive to the dealership and everything ch I hate buying new cars because you can talk to someone on the phone and they tell you one thing and then you drive to the dealership and everything changes. Maybe that's the nature of the game, but it seems to me like a dealer will tell you up front what the cost will be less any "deals" or discounts and then when you get there, they can tell you what they will give you for a trade in if that's the case. I live in Edmond. I called the dealership and when I told them what I was looking for, I was told you had a big end of the month sale going on and he (Matthew Smith?) could sell me the car for $14,100. When I got there, I test drove it, I picked out the color that I wanted (which was on the lot, same model) and when they brought me the price sheet it was over $17,000. I said no. They said they could discount it, give me $1500 for my trade in and brought it down to $16,000. I called the dealer in Edmond to see if he could do better and he said yes and quoted me a little over $15 and so when I told the man I was going back to Edmond he said he thought he was just telling me something to get me there and my thought was yes, just like you guys did. We finally came to an agreement and I purchased the car with all intents and purposes of paying it off as soon as the paperwork was finished, but then when I talked to the finance guy he said since I financed it through Kia they gave me a $2000 discount and I needed to make the first payment before paying it off, otherwise they would bill me for the $2000. Nobody bothered to tell me that up front or I would have financed it through my credit union. Can you tell me if this information is correct or not? Don't get me wrong -- I love the car, I still need to figure out all the nuances but will do that tonight, and it's a car that I've wanted ever since Kias have come out - but like the new style. I just don't like playing the game!! More

First off that shows that they over charged me on that car, and second my payoff is within the quote amount their website gave me. Their is nothing wrong with my car. I was just wanting to get into something newer. I called 4 times to make sure I could get approved and they said oh yeah no problem. I don't live close to them, and I did not have time to waste. What made it worse is the sales person was rude and disrespectful. I will not be doing business there ever again. More
