BUT THEN, we get a phone call telling us that we needed to bring the car for a "physical inventory". I expressed that I had never heard of such a thing especially with a car dealership and the fact that all paperwork was approved and signed. We returned to the dealership as agreed for this "physical inventory " and they took the keys. Stating that the lending did not get approved as previously stated. I did not have a problem returning their car, but they led my family up there on false pretenses (which is a four hour drive to and fro) and told them that they had to find a ride home. I was deeply burned by the lies and piss poor management. This issue could have been easliy resolved with other means More

Big red sucks I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento 22 months ago from Big Red Sports Kia in Norman OK. Driving a few days ago, the vehicle started making a very old noise I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento 22 months ago from Big Red Sports Kia in Norman OK. Driving a few days ago, the vehicle started making a very old noise, then a huge bang. stop and the car hasn't moved since. No check engine light...no low oil light...no indication that anything was going wrong. I kept all maintenance and upkeep records. I had a log on the oil changes that were performed at the shops and the ones my dad did. The engine locked up, I purchased the extended warranty, the warranty company will not honor since all the oil changes were not performed at a shop. I'm in a very difficult position being I still owe on this car and don't have 6500 dollars laying around to buy another motor...this is a known problem with Kia, there are class action lawsuits and they are doing nothing to fix it!! I have the warranty and they refuse to cover since my dad did the oil changes. They told me they don't have proof my dad actually physicall put the oil in my car so they refuse to approve the repairs!!!! The other Kia dealers in the area, no questions, a friend of mine had the same problem. They told her it was a defect, no problem, vehicle was fixed. This warranty coverage was not cheap either. I have a lawyer, this wrong.....other Kia dealers know it's a problem and they fix it, but not big red. I was taken advantage of and fooled by your company, quality of service and Your actions to fix. More

Worst buying experience EVER Bought a car. Had to go back FIVE times to re-sign paperwork before they got it right. Next they wanted the car back. Seems they should not have sold Bought a car. Decided on another car. Miraculously, the price went up $1000 from the showroom to the credit office. Still, we bought the car. Had to re-sign for this one THREE times before they got it right. Spoke with the GM who listened to a portion of the story, threw up his hands and walked away. From first purchase to a title took FOUR months. All of this and no apology from anyone. I expected at least that from the GM, but NO More
