Devon the GM? lied to me about the interest rate. I told Devon I'd do the deal for 2.99% interest rate. He said ok. A sales associate then came out and said "we are gonna do the deal." And we started filling it out. I get back to finance. And guy tells me 4.7% is my interest rate. I said "no that's not right." He calls Devon Because he had already left for the day by this time. Devon says "they arnt gonna do less than 3.99%." I'm not mad about the one percent difference it's not that big a deal on what little bit in financing. it's just the fact that he hoped I didn't catch that on the paperwork I guess. Trying to slip one in on me. If my girlfriend didn't want the car so bad I woulda walked out right then. Went back up yesterday. (May 2nd 2017) to bring them the title and get a full tank of gas which was also promised, and a 5 ocklock appointment to get the Windows tinted. Well guess what. Apparently there was no 5 ocklock appointment for window tinting made! so I made a 40ish minute drive for a tank of gas and a hour wait to figure out what they were gonna do about it. Got the tinting part squared away but now I have to make an extra trip that I didn't wanna make up there Saturday. But believe me I'm letting them do it since they got me for that extra 1% interest rate. Not letting them get me for the tint job as well. Devon don't lie to people. And maybe you can look me in the eye instead of avoiding me when I'm at your place of work if you ever see me again. More

Go back in to hear that they can't get me approved. So therefore their commercials saying they can get anyone with any type of credit in a car is a big fat lie. So I would not recommend anybody that is struggling with their credit to go to this place. More

It was a "no pressure" atmosphere, and told Darryl it was a pleasure to deal with him as opposed to another dealer in Edmond who used bait & switch the day before. I had passed this dealership the day before , dreading a repeat of another bad experience. It was the opposite, what a relief ! even the popcorn was good! More

Bait and switch... Found a car on the internet and contacted Matt, on a Monday. Told him I could drive to look at it on Wednesday. He called me Wednesday morning to make sure I was still coming, even received a text about 15 minutes before I told him I would be there. When I arrived "Matt" couldn't be found, another salesman knew the car I wanted to see and said it was at their other lot, and he would be right back with it. The only thing he brought back was another person. He said the car was "on consignment" and the owner was keeping the car. He assured me they had other cars I would be interested in. I assured him that they didn't. I left and will never be back........the car I wanted is still on their website. More

I had went to about seven different dealers, of course they all said" yeah we can trade you and get you into something nice" the payments would not go any higher. yeah right of course they all lied. But I went to Big Red In Norman and at first I was thinking there we go again another lying dealer, but to my surprise they were great. Daryl was my salesman and when I told him what I was looking for he went right to work . I left there with a new vehicle , payments where I wanted them and I thank God for Daryl. I do not have the best credit rating but they got me a car with no money down. Thank you all for the best experience I have had in a very long time. More
