They use lies and Intimidation tactics to get sales I purchased a new Kia from this dealership in October of 2017. I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle, but was talked into at least looking at o I purchased a new Kia from this dealership in October of 2017. I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle, but was talked into at least looking at one. After "looking" at the 2018 I was talked into driving it. I did like the car, but it was lacking a few options that I wanted if I were going to spend that kind of money. When I mentioned the fact that it didn't have remote start and that it was a deal breaker the salesmen explained to me and my husband that it did have remote start in the UVO app. This new detail changed my mind about this car a little bit. After returning to the dealership we discussed payments and found that it would work for us. But before seeing any financing details we were forced to sign a ton of paperwork that we were promised was nothing. Come to find out when you get back to the finance office to discuss what bank, term, and all the other details they already have to legally tied to this car. When we were finalizing the paperwork I noticed the term was an entire year more than what they had previously mentioned and the price was $3,000 more than the car was marked as. I told the finance manager that I wasn't comfortable with that, so he called the sales manager who was cussing through the phone about how we were legally tied to that car now. The finance manager handed the phone to my husband while the sales manager continued cussing about the situation which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and like we were stuck in this car because we trusted these people. They ended up making the price and term closer to what I thought it was suppose to be, but two days after purchasing the car I became extremely sick from the toxic fumes coming from the car. I text my sales person to see if there was anything they could do, but they said no. I continued to try to drive the car, but I kept getting the worst headaches that led to nausea every time I drove. I was in tears and called the dealership for help. They finally put a fogger through the car to help with the smell, but when I was leaving I asked my salesman how to access the remote start because I had not found that option yet. He looked through my car and app for a little bit and then said, "oh, I guess this one doesn't have remote start". At this point I was completely disappointed with my purchase because of all of the lying. I hate that my money went to this horrible place. My husband and I were cussed at, lied to, and manipulated into purchasing a car. Please beware of this place! More

Shout Out to Big Red Sports from Down in the Lone Star State Car shopping gives me anxiety. There are too many choices, and too much red tape. In the past I've carefully avoided Dealerships, preferring to buy Car shopping gives me anxiety. There are too many choices, and too much red tape. In the past I've carefully avoided Dealerships, preferring to buy directly from owners or small independent lots. This time, circumstances had me shopping the Norman, OK area online, anticipating a drive up to make a trade. When I found just what I wanted, I thought, "Let the games begin". As it turns out, Big Red Sports made this the easiest, friendliest, most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. From attentive, courteous, responsive customer service - from EVERYONE I talked to - to negotiating a much better deal for me than I could have gotten without their help, to bringing the car to me down in south Texas, since I couldn't get up there right away, Big Red brought it all together, smoothly, painlessly, and efficiently.
