Jessica said it was all good she could work with me that my credit was 100 pts higher than others she worked with. I told her I didn't want to be told just anything and everything just to get me in there then be told they couldn't do anything I told her everything being honest and I expected the same. Drove the 2 hours there through okc traffic ...which I don't handle well ...just told no they couldn't work with me and ooops Sorry!! I was in tears from the drive to start with missed 6 hrs of work I so needed just to have been lied to! Do the ppl not care their lies hurt ppl? First off, if you’re looking at their cars online you should know that the “online price” is not a special sale price, it’s a price they can give you if you want to lease the car, have a balloon payment, and not carry any negative equity. I went in to buy my second car from them yesterday and it was the worst. I had been quoted for the car a few months back and after thinking about it I decided to go back and get it. When I tell the salesmen that, they make me go through the aweful negotiation process, even though I was very clear and firm about what I could do. Finally after we settle on a price AND after talking to 3 different people, turns out oh the price I agreed on was off a few dollars, ok cool. Well then paperwork comes and turns out the price we agree on is another few dollars. At this point I’m tired and I’m done. I told the salesman that I wasn’t going over $50 my original payment and I by the time all the few dollars here and there I had slowly agreed to almost $100 over my original payment. That’s how they get you, a few dollars here a few dollars there. Seems harmless, but it adds up. Once I decide I’m done, I don’t want the car the sales men VERY rudely tells me something along the lines of “Hey don’t worry about it sorry you couldn’t spend the extra 4$ dollars a month,” walks back into their dark finance room. Well since I have a trade in, my car is there and they have my keys, I have to yell across the dealership can I have my keys. Not only is that embarrassing but after I was no longer purchasing a car I was worthless to them and they showed it. At the end of the day, it wasn’t even that it was just four dollars, it was the fact that by this time I had talked to 4 different people AND they each told me something different. I could go on even more about my experience because it was nothing like the last time I was there to buy a new car, but I think by this time you get the point. I’m an honest person trying to get an honest deal and whatever was happening at that dealership wasn’t honest. It’s a shame, but it’s just a car, I’ll live. I have good credit and I’ll be able to go elsewhere. I just write this review just so you know what you’re walking into before you go. More

I went in for a Soul and came out with a Forte, which would be better for my need in gas mileage of 86 miles My experience with Tyler was exceptional.
