I ended up with a car I liked ok but older than I wanted, an outrageous interest rate and fees on my contract I never knew existed. After I was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss (Thank God for gap!), I visited several dealers in Norman. None even came close to the patience and professionalism that Big Red Sports showed. They didn't push when I told them I needed to think it over. Instead, they just followed up with one call and an email over the next few days. I appreciated that they stayed relevant but weren't aggressive so I went back. Today, Tyler Haynes worked diligently to put me in a 2018 SUV w/o a 2nd thought. He and John, the finance mgr made sure the contract had the things that I wanted to see in it and my interest rate was WAY better! Thank you SO MUCH, guys!
