My sales rep., Rich Branscum, was terrific from start to finish. I never felt pressured at any point and found that all of my all of my questions were answered honestly and directly. I had done my homework before going, and what they offered me in trade for my old car was smack dab in the center of the suggested range I had identified online. The finance department was wonderful as well, making what can be an unpleasant experience quite painless. I highly recommend Rich and all the staff at BIG RED KIA! More

When I let the dealership know I was driving a few hours to come see it, the car was pulled from the lot so there wasn’t a chance it would sell while I was on the road. The salesman and credit manager were both professional at all times. I never felt like there was an effort to upsell or pressure me into any decisions. I don’t live in the Norman area, but I will recommend the dealership to friends who live in Oklahoma. More

I gave them two stock numbers and they miraculously sold it in less than one hour. EDIT: Big Red Kia replied to my original review above asking for me to call them to give more feedback. Instead, below are more details so that they and everybody else knows more about the lies: When I got there, another salesman said that Jen, the lady I talked to on the phone, was "busy". However, he knew the two stock numbers I called about (I didn't say a word about any stock numbers) and that he had the keys and he would go get one of the cars. He went to the lot and pulled around in a car and proceeded to tell us about the car he retrieved. The car did not have a sticker on the window. I asked if this was one of the 2017's that they had advertised (you know, the ones I called to verify they still had in stock before driving my entire family one hour across town to see and one of the ones you said that you had the keys for and went to retrieve). His reply, "oh, no, we don't have any of those left". Funny how he didn't mention that before he wasted my and my families time even more before he went to the lot to retrieve the car I called about and lied for a second time. I asked him numerous times for the price of the car he brought and he kept trying to talk about the features and trying to get us to take it for a test drive. I finally had to be extremely blunt and explain that I don't like being lied to and to give me the price of the car. (one infuriating comment he made at this time is that I told him about my frustration in calling and then driving an hour to see the car and he asked where I was from. When I told him he said, "Oh, that isn't all that far". xxx?) He went in to talk to his manager and after about 10 minutes, the manager came out and said "oh, yes, we do have one of the 2017's left. My assistant is going to go find one". The manager then proceeded to go talk to another waiting customer. I stood there like a chump for at least another ten minutes and then we just left. We went to Boomer Kia and walked out of there with a new car in less than one hour. Boomer Kia is HIGHLY recommended! TIP: When reading Google Reviews, choose "Sort by: Lowest Score" and read some of the negative reviews rather than believing all of the five star reviews as some car dealerships will allegedly coerce positive reviews from customers. Doing such, you will see several instances of this dealer threatening legal action against those that leave a negative review. Classy. A word to their legal team: I am an actual potential customer and my review is based on an actual experiences which occurred on April 19, 2018 at approximately 5pm. Check your records before threatening to sue me like you have done others. More
