Help into a safe, reliable family vehicle. My brother decided to get me a better Van as I have 2 kids with one on the way within the next month. Greg took the time to show us all the vehicles w My brother decided to get me a better Van as I have 2 kids with one on the way within the next month. Greg took the time to show us all the vehicles we were interested in, Jessica helped us with preliminary information about financing possibilities and the various managers and BouBacar were very helpful and accommodating while working out the "we owes" on the Van we purchased. An issue had arisen with the vehicle but is something the dealership could not have been aware of in advance. It is in their service department for diagnostics and I am in a loaner. No dealership has made it easier to get a loaner or have a vehicle inspected/serviced before. I used to sell cars myself and must say I am really impressed with how they are treating me. I trust the issues will be worked out to our mutual satisfaction and know the issue is something they could not have been aware of previous to my experience, is not of their doing and based on my experience in the industry they are not under obligation to me regarding it. I am so pleased and thankful for their helpfulness in spite of this. I feel that they see me and my family as "people" not a paycheck and truly want to see us in a safe reliable family vehicle just as we do ourselves. More
