They do not care after the sell! Taken over 3 weeks for a part to come in. Guess if it wasnt a warranty issue it allready be fixed. I purchased my car from here and had been having pretty service until lately called for a simple oil change - not a serving just a oil change because my oil light came on and I was going out of town in 2 d service until lately called for a simple oil change - not a serving just a oil change because my oil light came on and I was going out of town in 2 days and was told by the service department that the soonest they could get me in was the next week. Now I understand that they may be under staffed but a simple oil change!!!!!!! This just happened 07/19/2021. When it was time for my regular servicing a few months ago, I called and was told it would be a month to a month and a half before I could get that done and my oil light was flashing at that time as well. I have purchased 2 car from Sons Kia and my daughter purchased 1 car. I believe this is it for me. More
I just had a very poor experience here with Avon Ryan and co. I never felt so disrespected while undergoing a car buying purchase. I was asked how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle and the moment I reveal co. I never felt so disrespected while undergoing a car buying purchase. I was asked how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle and the moment I revealed the amount, I was ridiculed and told that I couldn’t handle buying said vehicle and should lower my standard and get a “regular” car. Wow…do yourself a favor and find a dealership that will see you as a whole person and not just $$$. Mind you all this disrespect and ridicule coming from the same salesperson who mentioned that they themselves cannot afford the SUV…lol More
Out-of-State buyers beware. Sons’ third-party titling company (paid for at least partially by your dealer documentation fee) was unable, or unwilling, to complete the necessary paperwork for my title and company (paid for at least partially by your dealer documentation fee) was unable, or unwilling, to complete the necessary paperwork for my title and registration in a timely manner. Sons claimed that the company was very busy and was happy to continue to issue a temporary tag. However, two months later I discovered that my driver’s license was about to be suspended because the paperwork still hadn’t been submitted to the authorities. Finally Sons agreed to send my paperwork directly to my local tax office/dmv and I had to work with it to finish the paperwork. Also, Sons overcharged me for FL tax by $421 (which I had mentioned to them when I saw the preliminary figures). Yes, that overpayment was refunded to me - four months later. But the wasted dealer doc fee has not been refunded. I give two stars because my sales rep, Coley, was kind enough to deliver my car to me and pick up my trade. More
I will never come back to this dealership not because of the service but because of the service advisors. Kayla is completely nasty for no reason. She wants to do a diagnostic check on something that has al the service but because of the service advisors. Kayla is completely nasty for no reason. She said to call Kia cooperate office in case my car catches fire. The last time I was here Mr. Schwartz told me I have free will to take my car somewhere else. Please get some new service advisors Kia because they are not friendly and I really don’t want to come here anymore. More

Terrible service! We bought a brand new 2021 Kia Sorento. It makes a loud noise. They say that’s how it’s supposed to sound. It has been in their shop and not one person calls and tells us anything.
