I remembered Sons Kia was just a few miles down the road, so i decided to give it a shot. The staff there, especially Tie Hill, had an entirely positive feel to it. Once the trouble with my Master Cylinder was finally properly identified everyone at Sons Kia McDonough they went above and beyond to ensure that our service experience was exceptional. They provided us with a 2016 Caribbean blue Kia Soul. My wife enjoyed the loaner vehicle immensely especially the rear backup camera and the touch screen radio controls. Other dealerships missed the problem completely and only by the grace of God sending his angels to ensure that our 2011 Kia Sportage stopped safely each and every time. Even during our move from Florida to Georgia and while I drove as a pizza delivery driver encountering several deer. All with a bad Master Cylinder that could have failed at any time.
