Stressful, pushing, and pure pressure. I went in a few days ago and it was anything but a wonderful experience. Found the car I wanted at the right price, but I was chased off by the consta I went in a few days ago and it was anything but a wonderful experience. Found the car I wanted at the right price, but I was chased off by the constant questions of financing even though I wanted to pay cash. Every other dealership I've had a positive experience with but this one. The Product Specialist were all in a rush to get to me, almost knocking each other down as they came toward me. They didn't let me take my time with the car, they just stood there and went on about financing options which I made clear at that point I didn't want to do or hear about. It was a very uncomfortable experience. A real car dealership doesn't push sales on clients, that runs them off. The way you make a comfortable car sale is you allow the client to take their time with the vehicle. Approach them and start talking about the car. Talk about specs on it and mileage or key features. Then I would advice you let the client take it on a brief test drive, and let them mess around with the vehicle a little bit, let them get to know the car. You should always make sure your clients are comfortable with the vehicle first and that they know the vehicle first before talking about payment options. Maybe then your client would be willing to work with you more and possibly give you more money for the vehicle. And if they say they will comeback, get a phone number or email so you can check in on them and make sure they still want to purchase your vehicle. That's just what I would personally advise to any future Product Specialist/Salesman trying to sell a car. Just make sure your clients are comfortable with the vehicle before anything!!! That's how I like my experiences to go. It's not always about making a quick buck, it's about working with your clients and making sure you make them as comfortable as possible so that way they will comeback to you in the future for future purchases and who knows, they may even refer a family member. But I wouldn't recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase. You are better off going to a Cronic dealership in Griffin or even dealers in Fayetteville. Their service is always great and Cronic is where I ended up buying my vehicle. Hope I can help. More

No pressure! Tie Hill helped us on a Friday and was polite with no pressure. We did not make a decision then because we were just starting to look for a car. We went to a different KIA dealership in another town. The salesman was pushy and helping another customer as well as us. We called Tie, who gave us more car for the same price as the other dealership. He explained the features of the car and it was a pleasure working with him. I'd refer Tie and KIA in McDonough to anyone looking for a great salesman and dealership. More

Wonderful Customer Service Tie Hill was an amazing sales person! He matched all the bells and whistles I asked for, he was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles but the Optima Tie Hill was an amazing sales person! He matched all the bells and whistles I asked for, he was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles but the Optima SXL won me over after the test drive. As he catered to my questions and concerns. My husband had an informative conversation with Greg Williams about the dealership and products as I was making some other decisions and his last customer was gone. The Finance Manager Ron shared the warranty information and went through the paperwork thoroughly. I've never had such a wonderful experience at any dealership and I drive a luxury vehicle. More
Sales Mangement gave very poor service! My daughter who is 19 went to Son's of Kia in McDonough were she found a beautiful 2017 Kia Forte. She was approached by the sales person Charles, who provided my daughter with great service in finding her a car. But once we got to the finance part of this deal that's where sales management came in and service became something awful. We had closed the deal and had the car for over a week. Received a phone call from finance who stated they found me a better deal on financing. I accepted and was asked when can my daughter and I come back in to sign new contract, being memorial day weekend I was already busy and was told to come in at my convenience. So I chose to come in on Monday. The vehicle had a flat tire, I called Kia and was told to have it towed in and to ride in tow truck and I would be given a vehicle to ride while tire is being fixed. when I arrive I was greeted by the gentlemen whom I spoke to on phone and told me to ride in with tow. Once I got there I was escorted back to the finance room where I was told to sign the new contract, I advised I was not here for that and had ask to come back the next day with my daughter for us to sign together since she was on the contract too. Then I was questioned on why, and if I liked the car. I felt pressured because so many questions was ask. Finally the sales manager just told me to make arrangements to get the spear key and turn in and "I was free to go". They took the car back from me and left me strained at Kia over a simply request to come in the next day to finalize the new contract, no one came back to give me a ride home or check on me. I was very much offended! I would never do business with Son's of Kia and will never refer anyone there being treated as if I was a non factor. I WAS DONE! I took my business elsewhere! More
