I was so pleased with my visit to Sons Honda in June 2011! I have never been too fond of the "car salesmen approach", TIM BAXTER was the BEST car sales person I have ever dealt with. I never felt pressured or intimidated to purchase a vehicle, I simply went in the dealership told him what I was looking for and shortly after was signing the papers for my 2008 Honda Accord!! I was very impressed that JASON BUTLER, the pre-owned car manager, personally came and spoke to me not only to thank me, but to congratulate me on my purchase. ANDRE SMITH made the finance paper work easy and enjoyable! Sons Honda has a great team of employees, I have referred several of my friends there for their recent purchases, they too have been very satisfied! The friendly atmosphere at Sons Honda will make you appreciate your new vehicle even more, they even hosted a "New Car Owner's Workshop" to help tell you where to go when your vehicle needs service or just a wash and introduce you to people in each department! All the sales personnel at Sons Honda were very friendly and welcoming when I arrived from out of town. I reside in South Carolina and had inquired about a used car I had seen on their website. I left an inquiry over the weekend and was contacted very soon thereafter by manager B.J. Jones, who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions prior to me making the trip to Atlanta. It was important that I crossed all my t's and dotted all my I's before driving 5 hours to look at the vehicle. I can honestly say that Mr. Jones was more than helpful regarding all my questions. Mr. Jones even held the car for me to make sure it was ready and waiting for me to test drive it when I arrived from out of town. Needless to say, the test drive went very well and the pricing and paperwork was pretty hassle-free. I am now a proud owner to my 2004 Honda Accord Coupe and absolutely LOVE driving it by the ocean! The exemplary customer service and welcoming atmosphere of Sons Honda in McDonough, GA made it more than worth my drive to purchase my new vehicle! More

BJ came to get us when our old navigation system took us the wrong direction on the way to the dealership. (By the way the dealership is right on I-75 and easy to find if we had just asked!) Sons Honda gave us a deal the other Honda dealerships in Atlanta told us we couldn't possibly get unless the car had been on the lot for a while. Our new Odyssey still had the plastic on the floor and on the instrument panel when we first drove it. It arrived the day before. The other dealerships were asking $1400 more than Sons and they were more pushy. Sons Honda exceeded my expectations on a car purchase experience and we have already recommended them to our daughter and our neighbors. It's well worth the drive south of Atlanta to deal with Sons. The service I received was excellent to say the least! Every last detail was gone over with as much professionalism as anyone could ask for.
