Got oil changed on 9/27/19. On 10/8/19 noticed 5 large oil spots on driveway. I checked oil level & low. Call SM Joe & went in waited 2 hrs. Never received copy of the service copy, but was told a bolt wa oil spots on driveway. I checked oil level & low. Call SM Joe & went in waited 2 hrs. Never received copy of the service copy, but was told a bolt was not tightened. Instructed they redid oil change, but refused to put new sticker on & reset gauge. I ask what will be provided for inconvenience & rec’d Detail card but my car is extremely clean. Never received an apology & so displeased with this service. Also told to sit in chair in service area not waiting room. 10/9/19 Honda still leaking oil-2 more large oil spots on driveway. Called SM Joe Rowe & said come back in to fix— seriously I don’t trust them at all & it is taking 3 visits & already 6 hrs including drive time for an oil change. I ask for a full refund. I called Conyers Honda & they will fix whatever Sons Techs did. More

BEAWARE- these guys are liars and scammers. I bought a Certified accord from them 2 months ago and since then it has been to the shop to get repaired 11 times. They took money from me fo I bought a Certified accord from them 2 months ago and since then it has been to the shop to get repaired 11 times. They took money from me for the tag and didn’t even pay it, so when my tag expired I had to run around using Uber to get it done. I went there pre approved for the car loan and they still ran my credit without my approval bc they get more commission if I go thru their bank. For the inconvenience the manager offered me extended warranty for free after the car gets repaired. Well, guess what? He didn’t honor that! They put over 500 miles on my car and lied to me about the warranty. More

I was told my previous advisor for years Paul Tolbert left the company :-(. I will definitely use Nathan in the future. Sons Honda is the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with. Keep up the GREAT WORK to your customers especially the ones you consider as VALUED. I will definitely buy another Honda in the future. Totally a 5 star dealership/company. More
