My salesman was David Mitchell, Jr. He walked my wife and I through the entire process and was extremely helpful, polite, and personable. He was not pushy, he was there to help us and it was obvious based on his interactions with us. He treated us like family. He helped us get a great deal and made the process enjoyable. He even called me a week later just to check in. Derek from finance was also very helpful in getting us a great interest rate. Derek was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We also had the good fortune of interacting with Demetrius Herbert who prepped our new car before we drove it off the lot. He was very friendly and was very enthusiastic about our purchase. He was excited for us. That just added to the family feel. Thank you David, Derek, and Demetrius. And thank you Sons Honda for a great car and for assembling such a great team. We will definitely be back. I also want to point out that my wife bought a car from Sons in 2015. While we were waiting on paper work, David took my wife’s car to be washed. Can I rate this dealership zero stars?? I bought a car the day before Thanksgiving 2019, and still have yet to get the title!! Today is March 4th 2020. Our sales guy's name was Dante and he was **fantastic**. The guy in the finance/business office has been very nice and congenial, but the excuses are ridiculous!!! Just found out that the title has to come from the state, however I didn't receive my tag until about 10 days ago. They need to get this kink worked out because I for one would not do business with them ever again. (For comparison, we bought a car from TN two days later and didn't have any issue whatsoever. Yep, had to buy 2 cars at one time, ugh.) More

Honda CRV 2019 Touring The salesperson at Son'e Honda was awesome. I bought Honda CR-V Touring 2019 last year. Only thing I don't like about my car is technology features th The salesperson at Son'e Honda was awesome. I bought Honda CR-V Touring 2019 last year. Only thing I don't like about my car is technology features that is very less compare to other cars model like in Toyota Rav4 has bird eye view camera, digital rear mirror, Music display, and 203 horsepower. I do not like 190 horsepower 1.5 Turbo engine in Honda CR-V because if you have 4 people and luggage in back trunk then pick up of the car gets very slow. Also, the gas tank is very small in CR-V is about 14 gallons and that is not enough for long drive. They should bring 2 Liter Turbo engine which will make more power, bird eye view camera, digital mirror, display that does not hang, 17 or 18 gallons gas tank, and head up display. If they bring all this features then I definitely buy this type of cars even if I will have to pay $2000 or more. More

Always helpful, always smiling and so willing to answer any questions I have.
