Zero stars were not an option. I had an oil change on April 4 2024 on my 2015 Honda CRV. By May 26 2024 my oil was empty. May 28th I went back to Honda and they agreed the oil sh I had an oil change on April 4 2024 on my 2015 Honda CRV. By May 26 2024 my oil was empty. May 28th I went back to Honda and they agreed the oil should not have been empty as I had 2k miles before oil change was due. The mechanic recommended that I have a consumption test done to confirm that oil was burning quicker than normal. He advised that I would need an oil change to start the test and would need to bring the vehicle back to them in 1k miles. Sure lets get 'er done. His exact words on my report states he drained the oil, changed the oil. Well today June 28th I go back to Sons of Honda McDonough as I've reached 1k miles. The mechanic checks the vehicle and determines that a diagnosis test is needed because the vehicle has burned too much oil. Sure let's get 'er done. The Service rep begins to schedule or make note of my return date for the diagnosis test as we've agreed to come back on Monday. Now is where we go downhill real fast. Well here comes the manager who says I need to pay for an oil change and then have a consumption test done. We're past that point. Consumption test was just completed and the tech has recommended the diagnosis test. Nooo she says the consumption test wasn't done correctly. Back on May 28th the technician should have also changed the filter. That is the only or the correct way to start an oil consumption test. So I need to pay an oil change since I am due for an oil change anyway. I explain that I am not due for an oil change because I just got on oil change on May 28th and only drove 1k miles. We sliding downhill now. She says since the tech did not change the filter we need to start all over agian with an oil change. And now I need to pay for the oil change because the tech messed up the start of the consumption test. I told her to ask the tech if he changed the filter. She asks me who was the tech that serviced my vehicle. I ask her if she can't see his name in the report because I don't remember his name except he was a white male. She says no she can't see who the tech was. This level of service is absolutely absurd. How can I trust this company to do a diagnosis test when you don't keep good records on who did my oil change a month ago. Trust has been lost because if the tech did the oil change wrong how can I trust they will do anything right? More

I had my Honda Odyssey serviced at Sons Honda (Sons Drive, McDonough, GA) The oil change was done on time for 69$ and they did a 360 review of all other systems and they suggested many other repairs.
