I am 73 years old and have bought many cars over my life. I have never experienced buying a car like at Sons, it was fantastic! Our sale lady, Saloni, was super and made us feel very welcomed. Aftermarket parts!! One does not expect that a dealership is installing aftermarket parts on their vehicle when they go to a dealership, we’ll that’s what happened to me. I took my vehicle in for recommended is installing aftermarket parts on their vehicle when they go to a dealership, we’ll that’s what happened to me. I took my vehicle in for recommended brake work by the dealership and 4 months later it’s as if I needed mew brakes on my vehicle, grinding and rumbling as if my rotors were bad. I took my car back into the dealership and explained the issue and after waiting 2 hours was informed the issue was resolved and after a few days the same thing happened. I went back in the next week and was informed that aftermarket part were installed on my vehicle, to my dismay I was shocked. I was informed that the rest break pads were changed but of course I was inconvenienced and had to come back to get my front brakes replaced but I’m informing anyone that visits this dealership and any other to ask for OEM parts as dealerships are charging far more and the expectation is that the consumer get the parts recommended for their vehicle, which one of the many reasons consumers come to the dealership versus any other vehicle service provider. Shame on you Sons Honda! More

I can’t remember the ladies name that helped me in the service dept, but She had the most wonderful, funny personality while still being professional and proficient in her job.
