Helping my mother-in-law buy her new car at Sons Honda was one of the best experience that I have had in over 40 years of buying cars. Saloni Prajapato, our sales person, was helpful to talk with on the phone, met us on time, was dedicated to helping us the whole time we were at Sons Honda, explained all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to talk with. After researching Honda CR-V prices at several Atlanta area dealers, I found that Sons Honda had one of the lowest prices. With that low price, coupled with the great experience working with Saloni, I highly recommend going to Sons Honda to purchase your new or used car. More
The service was good. I miss the opportunity to make appointments for service. I akso told them I had a coupon which i forgot for $44 service and was told their discount was better than any I could have appointments for service. I have been a customer at Sons Honda for years, no more. My latest experience with their service department was awful. I had a problem with a slow to start engine on a 2012 Civic. I had the car towed at an My latest experience with their service department was awful. I had a problem with a slow to start engine on a 2012 Civic. I had the car towed at an expense of $230.00 to Sons service department and they kept it for 2 days after which they stated that they could not find anything wrong, so I wasn't charged. The very next day I had the same problem, so I brought the car back for further diagnosis, same outcome, I tried to get an emissions test and failed. Contacted a person named Jessica who pretended to be a manager. She asked me to bring the car in again and she would try to resolve the issue after 4 attempts. On my way back to Sons Honda, I stopped to wash the car. After going through the car wash, I turned the engine off to vacuum. When I tried to start the car again it struggled for 3 attempts and then finally started. I then stopped again at Mavis Tires regarding my brakes. When I tried to start the engine again it wouldn't start at all. The mechanic at Mavis attempted to jump the car without any success and suggested that I may have a bad starter. Not once did the Sons service department mention that my starter could be the issue. I was forced to have Mavis confirm that was the problem and had to Uber home. Next day Mavis called and stated that the starter was the issue and could have the part replaced at a total cost of $550.00 total. The incompetence at Sons Honda service cost me over $800.00 and 3 days of my time! More
