Sons Honda service is back to excellent again. Until Sons I never had a dealer do routine maintenance, like oil changes, because they were too expensive with limited hours. Last week I made an appointment to have a recall issue fixed today at 9:00 am. I arrived on time and checked in. After 90 minutes, I walked around the back and saw that my car was still in the lot (un-s fixed today at 9:00 am. I arrived on time and checked in. After 90 minutes, I walked around the back and saw that my car was still in the lot (un-serviced). I texted the "Service Advisor" and requested and update. After 15 minutes without a response, I had her paged. She then asked if I wanted and update. I asked her why my car had not been seen even though I had an appointment for 9:00 am. She said that several people "walked in" ahead of me. I asked why I had been told to make an appointment and gotten 4 texts reminding me to that appointment. She said that they don't put priority on appointments. I wasted 90 minutes of driving and 2 hours of waiting for nothing. Do not use this dealership. More
Honda’s customer service is great and that goes a long way with me. I had gotten my oil changed at Kia for 10 years and the last couple of years they started slacking. They could never get me in to do an way with me. I had gotten my oil changed at Kia for 10 years and the last couple of years they started slacking. They could never get me in to do an oil change and would never give me the complimentary car wash. Honda did both with a 10 minute notice. Honda had me out in less than 45 minutes. I will be getting my car serviced at Honda from now own. More
