I have wrote a review on this before and honestly I will stick to my word when I say I will never buy a car here again, I had purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer sport and it has been in the shop more times then stick to my word when I say I will never buy a car here again, I had purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer sport and it has been in the shop more times then I can count in the four months I have had my car .. they sold be a car with bent wheels and a broken control arm and a bad battery. There’s only one honest thing I can say Robert Walker has been the best in service! He has always been there when I needed help and has made sure my car was taken care of !!!! I will give him a 5 star because he’s truly awesome!!! More

Sold them my 2010 Honda Accord, they promised 3-5 days max for the check to ready for pick up. I called after 7 days, they lied said the check had been mailed. One, we never discussed mailing the check, max for the check to ready for pick up. I called after 7 days, they lied said the check had been mailed. One, we never discussed mailing the check, it was always pick-up and 2) I live 15 minutes from dealership, so if they mailed the check, I would have received 2 days tops. Called back, had a hard time getting someone on the phone to tell me exactly what happened. Finally after 2 weeks, they had a check ready for me to pick up. They are the ones that need inventory so why did I have to chase them for payment? More
