On Thursday, January 12, 2023, I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Fifteen minutes after arriving, the sky had fallen in. Son’s Honda staff was exceptional! Everyone was rushed outside to the basement to take cover. There was a tornado watch which unfortunately did hit Griffin, Ga., not far from our location. After taking cover for approximately 15 minutes, everyone was told to go back inside. All of the staff went back to work as usual and my car was ready approximately 30 minutes later. I sincerely appreciated the way the employees at Sons Honda looked out for our safety! I was at the right place at the right time!!! Thank you to the entire staff and I highly recommend Sons Honda to anyone in need of their services!!! More

They and Rob, specifically when above and beyond. I experienced a system failure and it just out of warranty, but under 26k. The repair cost would set me back approximately $1,700. That gesture goes a long way with inflation and challenges of the holiday season. It validates my belief that their still persons who do good without looking for a quick buck. More
