If I had to talk about the staff I probably wouldn’t give a good review. I called three days in a row and couldn’t get anyone in service on the phone. I hung on for close to 30 minutes each time. I had the choice of going to another dealer however I have been doing business with this SONS HONDA for years every car I buy and all my cars through her and stick with them through the servicing of them till It’s time to buy another. I got in the car yesterday and just went to the service sept and found my favorite service advisor Robert Walker - he greeted me with a smile and understood the dilemma. He took me right away and explained everything to me as the car was worked on. They found an extra few things wrong and he was very candid about what I needed and gave me the option of now or later. Now was the better choice and he even took a little off the bill. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly why I was irritated - but the drama was all gone as we started talking and making jokes about service in 2023. Don’t let this guy go because he is truly the best to work with. But please get someone to answer your phones. More
